Stored for a server

• Server ID, and the two board channel IDs you pick
• The message ID of each poster, so a card can be edited in place instead of reposted
• Timezone, card size, and whether titles are clickable

Stored for a reminder

• Your Discord user ID
• The event ID, its name, and its start time
• How early you asked to be told, and the DM’s message ID so it can be edited to Started

Stored when you log in here

Discord passes back your user ID, username, avatar, and the list of servers you manage. That sits in a signed cookie for your session so this site can show your servers. Closing the session with Log out clears it.

Never stored

• Message content from your members
• Anything about channels outside the two boards
• Your email or payment details

This data is used to run the bot. It is never sold or passed to advertisers.

Removing it

Removing the bot from a server stops the boards and ends the updates. To have a server’s stored rows deleted, or to ask what is held about you, come to the support server. Operators may block a server that abuses the bot.
